With over 25 years experience in event management, Mike Lazaro, founder and owner of Carp Events, and Lazaro Productions, produces seamless events from concept to completion. Mike has been involved from the ground up on fundraisers, street festivals, concerts, large corporate conventions and televised sporting events. In addition to providing logistical and managerial support on major events, Mike also serves on a number of non-profit boards such as the Avocado Festival and the Plaza Playhouse Theater. Many of the events Mike has helped establish have a philanthropic side geared toward benefiting community and youth organizations.

Mike is supported by project coordinator, Jenny Cota and a full team of dedicated staff to promote, produce, and execute events from concept to completion.
